I have decided not to come to the cv, statements workshop. I am more interested in 'having a conversation' with other artists at a certain stage in their work about how we 'shape our vision', different approaches to developing and presenting ideas. This would make me think, push me to try other ways and get those juices going in my head.

The other idea I was keen on, was using the 'development' theme as a central route for making work for a show. I wondered whether others would be keen to work towards finding a venue,putting a show together. Making work and showing it is after all is what being an artist means. The resources ARC has to offer could be put towards supporting 'Development' a show on how artists move, shape and shift. One way might be for everyone to make work in a medium they have never used before.
